Root-Cause Analysis (of Functional or Technology-related issue)

A few important points to keep in mind when it comes to the RCA/Root-Cause Analysis that germain APM provides:

germain APM provides a standard way of visualizing the RCA of an Issue, that it identifies, analyzes and potentially resolves, whether that issue is Technology or Business-related.

The RCA Content/data varies from one Technology to the next and also varies from one issue to the next.

And more so as germain APM has the ability to diagnose, end-to-end (from the browser, desktop, infrastructure, application code, integration, database sql, etc) Technology issues, but that diagnosis needs to be configured for every environment since every environment is different. Of course many of the diagnosis that is required is pre-configured out-of-the-box, so you can quickly identify root-cause of issues, but important to keep in mind that much more diagnosis can be provided.
